This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
1. Who controls your data
Registered name: Black Veil Trading Company (Limited Liability Company).
National address: 8045 King Fahad Branch Road, Utayqah District, Riyadh 12671, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. What we collect
Order details: your name, email address, mobile number, city, delivery address, and any note you add to the order.
The order itself: the pieces, sizes, amounts, payment method and status.
Newsletter details: your email address and preferred language, if you choose to subscribe.
We do not collect or store card details. When online card payment is enabled, it is processed by a payment provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank.
3. Why we use it
To fulfil your order: preparing it, shipping it, contacting you about it, and issuing your tax invoice.
To meet our legal obligations, including keeping accounting and tax records.
To send the newsletter — only if you subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Who we share it with
Couriers, to the extent needed to deliver your order (name, address, mobile number).
Our payment provider, when you pay online.
Government authorities where a legal obligation requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
5. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the period required by Saudi accounting and tax rules.
Newsletter details are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
The PDPL gives you the right to be informed about your data, to access it, to ask for it to be corrected or destroyed, and to withdraw your consent to its processing.
To exercise any of these, contact us through the channels above and we will respond within the statutory period.
If our response does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
7. Security and cookies
Data travels over an encrypted connection, and access to order records is limited to those who need it to fulfil the order.
We use your browser's local storage to remember your bag and wishlist. That data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
