Options and fees

Standard delivery: 2–4 working days — 25 SAR, complimentary on orders of 500 SAR or more.

Express within Riyadh: within 24 hours — 35 SAR.

Boutique pickup: no charge. We message you when the order is ready.

Processing

Orders are prepared within one to two working days before they go to the courier; delivery time is counted from then.

Orders paid by bank transfer are not prepared until the funds arrive.

Processing can take longer during Eid and around a collection launch.

Tracking and receipt

We send your tracking number as soon as the order ships.

Please check your address and mobile number are right — an inaccurate address is the most common cause of a late delivery.
